The music of the big band era in the 1930s and 1940s touched all of us as Americans. We would like to hear from you if you have seen IN THE MOOD and would like to give us your own review and comments or even just some memories that occured while visiting with us.
It is truly an honor to travel the United States and to meet so many wonderful people. Sometime I believe that it is us on stage who are being entertained by the wishes, thoughts and memories of those in our audiences.

Joe Byron, Founder of Honor Flight New England and a group of Honor Fight volunteers from Honor were invited to the HBO Premier of "The Pacific" on March 3, 2010. The 10 part miniseries will start on March 14th at 9:00 pm. Tom Hanks addressed the audience prior to the showing. |
Sox pitcher Curt Schilling is hosting four of the original "Band of Brothers," the World War II veterans made famous in the Stephen Ambrose book and HBO series. Saturday's gathering at Schill's Medfield home is a benefit for a new documentary by Tim GrayMedia, a Rhode Island-based film company that makes movies about WW II vets. The lastest film is based on Marcus Brotherton’s book, "We Who are Alive and Remain." The four who'll be attending Curt and Shonda's fundraiser include Buck Compton, Don Malarkey, ‘Wild Bill’ Guarnere, and Edward ‘Babe’ Heffron. (Guarnere and Heffron are traveling here on a jet being donated by Honor Flight New England.) Said Schill: "With 1,000 World War II veterans passing on each day - 30,000 a month - we're running out of time to document all the stories of these great men and women who fought for our freedom."
